The primary purpose of pipe wipers in drilling operations to clean and remove excess drilling mud or debris from the outer surface of the drill pipe. It is an essential tool for maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the drill pipe during the drilling process.
BETTER provides single solid pipe wiper and dual split pipe wiper, made of Natural Rubber and Nitrile Rubber have tremendous resistance to cutting, tearing and abrasion compound for long life and flexibility .The and pipe wipers are then molded over and bonded to a steel reinforcing ring; available for water based and oil-based drilling mud.
Dual split pipe wipers are made of Natural Rubber or Nitrile Rubber compound with a spring steel reinforced-ring, to provide a flexible double wiping action on drill pipe strings. The split in the dual wipers allows are wiper to be threaded easily onto the pipe. Our split type wipers offer the advantage of a symmetrical, one piece design with multiple wiping action.It provides more than two full turns of continuous wiping surface around the full circumference of the pipe.
