DECANTING CENTRIFUGE
Decanter centrifuge is the 4th solids control equipment in whole drilling mud system&peroid; It is used to process drilling mud discharged from desilter cones or mud cleaner&peroid;
Separation point of decanter centrifuge is as fine as 2~7 microns. According to different rotation speed, there are high-speed and middle-speed centrifuges. It really plays an important role in lower mud density and bentonite recovery.
-An ideal forth-stage solid control equipment;
-Remove solids of high and low gravity, 2~ 7 μm by centrifugal principle, dry cuttings, barite recovery, dewatering: Solids and fluids separation with polymer enhancement;
-Centrifuge bowl adjustment: deep for an optimum cut, and less depth for more volume, high PRM for more G force, low RPM for solids with more specific gravity;
-Middle-speed & high-speed decanter centrifuges and high-speed variable frequency centrifuge;
-Brand electrical components of ABB, Siemens, and Schneider adopted;
-Speed can be up to 3500rpm and varied frequency driven.
