Product Description

BETTER provides Weco style plug valves with reliable quality, they have the similar design as weco DR/ULT types for standard and sour gas services up to 15000psi cold working pressure. And the union ends adds considerable strength to the connection, reduce turbulence and minimize corrosion and stress concentration sites. Manual is most popular applied in the markets, handwheel and hydraulic actuators are also available.
A full set of repair kits are available for maintenance.

Weco style ULT and DR model plug valves are premium, quarter-turn valves design for a wide range of standard and sour gas drilling, production, and well servicing applications.

BETTER could provide SPM and FMC DR fully replacement plug valve and fully interchangeability of the components.

Model DR style plug valves
Feature:
Top entry design with plug cap and body cap
Tow floating segments float slightly to offset possible micro-expansion of the valve body and to insure positive seal
The cylindrical plug fits between a set of precision machined seal and side segment for ultra low operating torque under pressure.

Model ULT style plug valves
Feature:
Bottom entry design for ease of inspection and repair without removal of operator or actuator.


Weco ULT style plug valve has an improved design. Up to 20000psi cold working pressure.
For 2 inch, 3inch and larger, For those ult plug valve below 3 inch, their internal components interchangeable with Weco DR model valve components.
